Beginning in 1991 (and also for 1992 and 1993), the Milwaukee LGBT Pride Rally was held in Juneau Park along the lakefront, an area that could accommodate the growing crowds. Entertainment and food were added, creating a festival atmosphere. The Board of Directors for 1991 Pride was (in the order they were listed in the Pride Guide):
