Pride organizers: complete our Wisconsin Proud Survey

Last summer, the Wisconsin LGBTQ History Project visited 20 hometown prides throughout Wisconsin. And we were inspired by the explosion of local pride -- in every corner of the state!

It's never been more important for our history and heritage to be seen.

So, this summer, we've set a goal to document, preserve, elevate and celebrate your stories of community activation – as an inspiration for future organizers everywhere.

How will your information be used?

• All organizational histories will be archived on the Wisconsin LGBTQ History Project website. Each organization will be celebrated on our social media throughout Pride Month.

• Our Summer to Be Seen Tour 2025 will feature a NEW exhibit, "Wisconsin Proud: The Changing Faces of Pride," which will honor the 50+ local prides that have emerged all over our state.

• The exhibit will also be featured at Gallery Night in October 2025 to honor National LGBT History Month.
