Millenium may hold the record as shortest time open of any LGBT bar in the state. It was apparently opened sometime in July 1999. The location had already held three LGBT bars in less than 2 years: first "R Place" (May-December 1996), then "Scandals" (March-October 1997), and then "Kirby's Klub" (October 1997-June 1999).

By August 1999, it had closed and reopened again as yet another bar, named Rainbow Room.

Millenium was thus the fourth in a long line of names for an LGBT bar in this location (121 W. Main Street, Madison) over a period of just 4 years:
