Debi Vance was active in managing and working at several bars. She is best known for working many years at Club 219, and later at the M&M Club for a few years prior to its closing in 2006.

Debi was also active in BAM, Business Association of Milwaukee when that organization (a loose colaition of gay bar owners and operators) was active in the 1980s.

Debi and partner Cindy Olsheske were featured in a BLOG article on this site in 2024.
